Terms of use

1. The service

AnimaPulse is a digital health record for pets: profiles, consultations, vaccines, treatments, weigh-ins, appointments, documents, reminders and sharing (family, pet sitter, vet). The service is published by Nadir Bennegadi, France — contact@animapulse.app.

AnimaPulse is not a veterinary service. What the app displays — including the vaccination assistant and its suggested protocols — is neither a diagnosis nor a prescription, and never replaces the opinion of a vet, who alone decides on your animal's care. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.

Information read automatically from a document you add to the record (title, dates, amount, batch number…) consists of suggestions read off the document, processed on your device: nothing is saved until you have checked it and confirmed it yourself.

2. Your account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of what you enter. The service is intended for adults, or for minors with the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Free and Premium

The complete health record is free for one animal. The Premium subscription (monthly, yearly, or a one-off "lifetime" licence) unlocks unlimited animals, sharing and exports, at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Purchases are made and billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, whose terms apply: management, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store, in your account settings. Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the current period. The "lifetime" offer means access to Premium features for as long as the service exists, with no recurring payment.

4. Your data and content

The data and documents you save remain yours. You grant the publisher only the technical licence needed to host, back up and display them — that is, to run the service, nothing else (see the privacy policy).

The share links you create (family, pet sitter, vet) are your responsibility: only pass them to people you choose; they can be revoked at any time and expire on their own where applicable. You agree not to store unlawful content and not to divert the service from its purpose.

5. Availability and liability

The service is run with care — hosted in France, encrypted in transit, backed up daily — but without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Since exporting your data is free and always available, we encourage you to keep a copy.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service, nor for care decisions taken on the basis of the information displayed (section 1).

6. Ending the service, changes to these terms

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the app (immediate and permanent erasure). Should these terms change substantially, or should the service be discontinued, you will be told with reasonable notice, leaving you time to export your data.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, the publisher being established in France. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: contact@animapulse.app. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
