Delete your account

Two paths, one outcome — your account and all its data are erased immediately and permanently from our servers. No form, no retention, no questions asked.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open AnimaPulse and sign in.
2. Open your Profile, then tap “Your data”.
3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

The effect is immediate: profile, pets, health record, documents, shares and reminders are erased from our servers, with no retained copy. Encrypted technical backups are overwritten within 14 days, as described in our privacy policy.

Without the app

Uninstalled the app or switched phones? Write to contact@animapulse.app from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion". We carry out the deletion and confirm it by reply, within a few business days. Only a request sent from the account's own address is accepted — that is what protects your pet's record from a deletion requested by someone else.

Deleting only some data

Everything can also be deleted item by item, directly in the app: a pet, a document, a weight entry, an expense. And before a full deletion, the complete export of your data (JSON) remains free, subscriber or not, from the “Your data” screen.
